You hereby accept the following:

1) All payments made are non-refundable.

2) Neither 411 Productions LLC nor Dance 411 Studios is a licensed child care facility. By enrolling your child in our Dance Camp(s), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding aftercare services and late pickups:

- Regular Camp Hours: Camp hours begin at 8:00 AM and conclude at 4:00 PM, with Participant drop-off permitted as early as 7:45 AM. A grace period is extended until 4:15 PM for after-camp pickup(s).

- Late Pickup & Automatic Aftercare Enrollment: If any Participant is not picked up by 4:15 PM, they will be automatically enrolled in our Aftercare Program for that specific day, for the remaining time available from 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM. The applicable non-refundable fee for each daily occurrence of late Participant pickup will be automatically charged to the card on file as early as 4:16 PM per day, without exception. Failure to provide a valid payment method does not waive this obligation.

- Pre-Registered Aftercare: Aftercare is available for pre-registration at a one-time fee covering four days of 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM care. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees for pre-registered aftercare are non-refundable.

Automatic Agreement & Billing: By enrolling your child in our Dance Camp(s), you acknowledge and expressly authorize 411 to process all applicable Aftercare fees to your card on file as outlined above.

3. Parental/Guardian Signature(s): Participant will not be admitted unless and until the Dance Camp Event Waiver & Release has been signed by Participant's parent/legal guardian who is aged 18 or older.

Your electronic signature holds the same effect as a handwritten signature, and you agree to be legally bound under the governing laws of the State of Georgia. Your signed Terms & Conditions will be stored electronically, and a signed copy will be emailed to you. Ticket access is granted only after signing.
